Content should be original, if not at least interesting and related to other post in your blog. People or visitors stick to blog which has some related content, this way you will have visitors who keep coming back. Post Frequently- If you post once in a while, visitors will visit once in a while and sometimes your blog goes to their sleeping mind or sometime totally off mind. Post frequently so your readers have some reason to visit your blog again, again and again.



Coupling links- Its better to have some excerpts,if present on net, from other blog/website related to your topic. As very detailed post leads to boredom, let reader have a choice to continue or not. You can also have link from some older post of your blog in a new post,(Linking old post to new post is called BackLink)



Cover something new- There are thousands of websites/blogs covering the same topic, try to look for the links which are not mentioned in other blogs, look for something new. If you offer something else /new/ more relevant then others people
